Daniel Sulestya Agung Prasetya was born in Surabaya, Indonesia. He has been studying martial arts since 1984 and teaching martial arts since 1991. He developed his own style of martial arts called Pencak Silat Inti Ombak, which translates to Inner Wave Pencak Silat. He is a certified special forces trainer since 2005, DOM (Doctor of Oriental Medicine) since 2009, and Dipl.Ac (Ear Acupuncture Diploma) recognized by Singtong International Martial and Healing arts since 2009. the 2003 USA west coast open forms competition he took first place.
